- Henry Sy, Sr., one of Highlands’ first homeowners infused funds into
Belle Corporation in exchange for majority shares in a company which
Belle Corp. incorporated on January 15, 2001 - Highlands Prime Inc.

- HPI was listed with the Philippine Stock Exchange on April 23, 2002.

- HPI launched its first project, The Woodridge at Tagaytay Highlands
in July 2002.

- Today, HPI is the leading high-end leisure property developer inside
the Tagaytay Highlands complex, and is now on its sixth development.
